At Beverly Ann’s Cookies, they believe that every moment is sweeter with a warm cookie in hand and a scoop of ice cream to top it off. They roll with vintage flair, full-service hospitality, and desserts that bring back the good ol’ days.

Our Speaker
Tori Hope Petersen
Tori Hope Petersen is a former foster youth and current foster mom with a powerful story. Since coming to faith, she has shared her testimony and life as authentically as she can to offer hope to others.
Tori is the bestselling author of her memoir “Fostered” and her second book “Breaking the Patterns That Break You.” She is a sought-after national speaker and Bible teacher.
Named by Outreach Magazine as one of “20 Rising Leaders for This Generation and the Next,” Tori is known for her compassionate voice on the topic of healing juxtaposed with her fierce advocacy work for the most vulnerable. She has advocated before Congress, the Ways and Means committee, and has collaborated across party lines to create better outcomes for children experiencing foster care and adoption.
At home, she is a wife, biological mom, and a foster mom who enjoys cooking with her children. With a deep value for family, community, and hospitality, Tori and her family love to make extra food for whoever might stop by.
