RSVP 2 — Children's Lantern

Back to School BASH registration

PLEASE READ the following prior to registering.
Each family must RSVP for this event.

Please choose your preferred time (and two alternate times) to arrive to Children's Lantern for book bags, supplies, and shoes. We will try to accommodate as best as possible.

Haircuts: If you choose to have haircuts for your child(ren), we will schedule your haircut with the salon, which would be near the time of your appointment at Children’s Lantern (typically after your appointment at our office).

We must operate on a timely schedule for this event to run smoothly and to coordinate with the stylists volunteering their time to give free haircuts. Please make sure you fill this form out in its entirety so we can accommodate accordingly!

**This event is open to any adoptive, foster, or kinship care family and is for every child in the family.**
