Survivor Care: This month we have deepened our connection with local survivors, helping with transportation, housing and encouragement.
Plans and designs are in the works for our transitional apartments. This is such an exciting program as there are so many survivors in need of immediate housing while they wait on a more permanent and stable situation. Sarah, our Boost Box Coordinator spent the month preparing July's Boost Box... The Summer Reading Box. Kelly, our Survivor Care Coordinator attended a local VBS for middle schoolers, teaching them about Human Trafficking. Community Care: We were able to feed 3 families with our new program Community Canteen. This program is to simply bless people in our community that maybe going through a hard time. Every story is different. We want to make sure they know they are seen and loved.
